Strength & Conditioning

At CGA strength, conditioning, and fitness is one of our most important divisions. Not only is it important for all of the sports we offer but overall health for other clients whom do not compete in organized sport. With clients ranging from youth to adults whom just want to stay healthy and fit to athletes trying to make the next leap on their sports team or playing careers. The most popular service for our high school sports teams is that we come to your school and teach you with your equipment. So many coaches or programs go to strength camps at large universities and learn on that universities state of the art equipment. Most high schools do not have that equipment and therefore go back and do not know how to maximize their own equipment. We send our qualified staff to your location to teach your athletes how to utilize your equipment to its fullest. Most of CGA’s staff consists of university strength coaches with at least a master degree in exercise science and nutrition.
Overall fitness in society has been a key to most everyone involved with CGA. With our staff being past athletes, coaches, fitness instructors, and physical education backgrounds we know the importance of health for everyone as well as the athlete.
