Football clients can utilize CGA services in more than just the playing of their sport. Because of the nature of football, a sport that relies upon a variety of skills and natural attributes in a player, the program of our strength instructors works as a good match for a football player’s overall athletic goals to increase qualities of fitness, strength, speed, explosiveness, and endurance. And, our instruction offers specialized sport related drills and lifts which maximize, for example, a player’s fast or slow twitch muscles, an enhancement that positively adds to one’s performance for success.

Football harnesses more of the most gifted physical specimens of the human body than any other sport. That is what makes football unique. Certain positions in football require entirely different skills or techniques. Some players must be big while others can be small; your skill players have great hand eye coordination while your defensive players must be exceptionally faster than most. Large, small, fast or slower --- if you work hard at that position you can succeed.
CGA is interested in helping your team or yourself succeed in the sport of football and that is why we offer to our clients any service they need. If we cannot provide a direct service we will assist you in finding the service you need to become the best you are capable of becoming.
